2020 virtual AGM
Directors are pleased to announce details for the 2020 AGM, which for the first time will be held as a virtual meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the implications this has for being able to attend an in-person AGM, as well as the general safety of attendees.
Directors also acknowledge the benefit for shareholders who are not based in New Zealand, allowing shareholders to log-in from wherever they may be situated, and hope that this will encourage more shareholders to participate and engage in the AGM process.
