The Opportunity:
As the Business Analyst, you’ll effectively own our ERP system (Pronto) and be at the coalface of our journey to continuously improve our business systems and process.
Our system is due for an upgrade, you’ll be leading the process from end to end, ensuring that at each step along the way, our business needs are at the heart of any changes and improvements.
We’re specifically looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record of working with Pronto or similar ERP systems with exposure to financial, procurement, reporting and plant maintenance modules.
- Has a strong understanding of end-to-end ERP technology, processes, and workflows.
- Can identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
- Is a strong relationship builder keen on collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support users by being the first point of contact for our teams.
- Provide expert training and advice on best practice.
- Report writing.
